If you commission me, then you agree to these terms.
Accepting Commissions
- I have the right to decline commissions I do not feel comfortable with.
Refunds
- Once I have sent you the sketch and payment has been made, no refunds are available.
Use of Commissioned Work
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social media accounts.
- Do not use personally commissioned artwork for commercial use. You must let me know that this piece of artwork is going to be used commercially so I can charge accordingly.
- Do not claim your received artwork as your own.
- Do not remove the signature.
Designs
- You may redesign and make changes to the design as you wish, but please credit the original design to me.
- You may resell designs you have purchased from me.
